These terms and conditions apply to all transactions with Injureeze Australia.
1. Pricing
All prices quoted in this catalogue are in Australian Dollars. Prices may change without prior notice. Prices charged will be those in force at the date of order.
2. Goods and Services Tax (GST)
GST is applied to products as outlined by the Australian Taxation Office. Injureeze Australia are currently not subject to GST.
3. Delivery Charges
Delivery charges apply to orders and are based on the size and quantity of the order and delivery destination. Please contact us to determine charges applicable to your order.
4. Trading Account
We encourage customers to establish a trading account. A trading account will give full access to our website and pricing.
5. Payment
Payment is due as per the conditions printed on the invoice. Credit card payments may attract a surcharge depending on the type of card used and the value of the payment.
6. Title to Goods
Ownership (title) of the goods only passes to the purchaser on full payment of the appropriate invoice.
7. Availability of Products
Products offered are subject to availability. We aim to supply all orders complete however if an item is out of stock, we will advise you and endeavour to supply the item as soon as possible. We may supply a near equivalent item.
8. Incorrect Delivery, Non-Delivery, Damage or Defect
If upon receipt of your order the goods are damaged, incorrect or there is a shortage against the invoiced quantity, notification must be made within 14 working days. Please quote your name and invoice number. Should an expected order not arrive, please notify us within 14 days of the order date. Claims made outside of these time frames may not be accepted.
9. Return of Goods
No attempt should be made to return goods without prior authorisation. The company is under no obligation to accept the return goods outside of the above-mentioned conditions (7.). In cases when return is agreed a 10% restocking fee may be charged and goods must be in a re-saleable condition and packaged in their original packaging and returned at the cost of the customer. We accept refunds and exchanges.
Returns: Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
If any damage, specifically burning of the heat packs, is made. Injureeze will not accept any liability for such matters. Instructions on packaging explain directions of use.
Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Clearance items: Only regular stock items may be refunded, unfortunately clearance items cannot be refunded.
Shipping:To return your product, you should mail your product to: 4 Whitecliffe Square, Iluka 6028, WA Australia. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
10. Customised/Special Orders
Special terms and conditions may apply to customised products and special orders.
11. Product Descriptions
Care is taken to ensure illustrations; descriptions and specifications within the catalogue and website are accurate. Specifications may change without prior notification. In the event a substitute product not being suitable we will credit in full.
12. Warranty
A manufacturers warranty applies to items, providing the item has been used in accordance with the user instructions. Warranties cover parts and materials used in the manufacture of the product. Warranties will not apply to defects resulting from improper use, operator error, use outside of manufacturers specifications and the limits of products intended use, Maintenance and cleaning must be maintained to ensure warranties remain valid.

We deliver products Australia wide using Australia Post. We do not currently export.

Injureeze Australia is dedicated to keeping your details private. Any information, we collect in relation to you is kept strictly secured. We do not on/sell/swap any of your personal details with anyone. We use this information to identify your orders, provide you with regular specials and personalise your shopping experience with us; that’s all. Injureeze Australia uses cookies to allow you to login to your account, maintain a shopping cart and to purchase items in your shopping cart. Cookies allow us to give you a more personalised shopping experience.

Injureeze Australia (the company) shall not be liable for any failure to perform the contracts or supply any goods or materials; or for any delays or non deliveries due to strikes, fires, explosions, floods, riots, civil unrest, military unrest, lockouts, injunctions, interruptions in manufacturing or transport, accidents, inability to obtain supplies, war, government action, or any other circumstances beyond the companies control.
